Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-05-29.

Short and concrete. Using Domynx means you've read this and agreed.

What Domynx is

Domynx is a research console for people who buy, sell, and watch domain names. It surfaces registration data, nameserver history, archive timelines, and the daily drop calendar; it generates brandable names; and it sends you alerts when something on your watchlist changes. The free tier covers every tool. A one-time ad-removal purchase is coming.

Use it like a tool, not a weapon

Domynx exists to help domainers research domains. Please don't:

  • Scrape it at industrial scale or hammer the API past your account's quota.
  • Squat someone else's trademark — that's between you and the trademark owner, and we don't endorse it.
  • Run automated traffic that ignores 4xx and 5xx responses.
  • Resell raw Domynx output as if it were your own source data.

If your account starts causing pain, we'll throttle, ban, or email you — in that order.

One account per device

We enforce one account per physical device at sign-up. If you have a legitimate reason for a second account on the same phone (a shared family device, work plus personal), email support and we'll sort it.

No warranty on the data we surface

Domynx pulls from public domain-registration protocols and third-party archives. We pass it through to our best ability and cache it briefly for performance, but we don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any single lookup returned successfully. Don't make a registration or purchase decision based on a single Domynx response. Cross-check critical findings.

Ads on the free tier

The free tier is supported by banner and interstitial ads. You can ask your operating system to limit or reset the advertising identifier our ad providers receive — on Android, that lives in Settings → Privacy → Ads. We don't link that identifier to your account record. A one-time in-app purchase to remove ads is on the roadmap.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your Domynx account at any time, including after uninstalling the app. The dedicated Account deletion page covers both the in-app path (Profile → Delete account) and the email path (for users who've already lost access). Deletion is permanent.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll show a notice at sign-in. Continuing to use Domynx after that counts as acceptance. The Last updated date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
